2) Site Analysis

We will come to your home and do a complete home energy analysis with you without any financial obligations. After we evaluate your energy needs, we will discuss energy solutions and pricing. If you decide to proceed with one of our solar electric systems we will collect a $1,000.00 deposit to move on to the next phase.

3) Permits and System Engineering

Sun Valley Solar Solutions will custom engineer your system based on your solar panel locations, size, and system type. Next, we obtain all the required paperwork from the utility company, city building permits, and HOA approval (if needed). The paperwork typically takes about one to two months.

4) System Installation

Actual construction of the system takes two to five days. Payment of 50% of the total system cost is needed at the end of the first day of construction.

5) Electrical Company Inspection and/or Customer Orientation

Once your system is complete, the electrical company will inspect the system before activating it. We will walk you through a complete overview of the system and give you all the warranty information. After that, we will collect the rest of the payments and inform you on how to file for the state and federal tax credits. The electric company will send you a check in the mail within a week or if you choose the electrical company will send us the check which will reduce your up front costs.
